IMPORTANT HEALTH AND SAFETY NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19

COVID-19 Precautions

FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY

class="covid-19-precaution">

During these challenging times, we want you to know that Canal Side Family Dental is committed to the health and safety of our patients and dental staff.

Following the ADA and CDC recommendation, we are open for emergency care Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am-4pm Please call the office to schedule an appointment. While scheduling your appointment you will be asked a series of health screening questions. As you arrive in the practice, you will be asked the same set of screening questions and your temperature will be taken. Please note that you may be asked to wait outside the practice, or in your car until your appointment time. This is to ensure proper physical distancing in reception.

Please note, you must call for an appointment. At this time we are unable to accommodate walk-ins to ensure health and safety.

All routine and non-urgent dental care is being postponed, and we will reach out to reschedule any missed appointments once our office reopens. If you have left us a voicemail, please know that your message has been listened to and logged into our system. We are prioritizing those with urgent and emergency dental needs and will reach out to reschedule when we have more information about the date our practice will re-open.

If you have a dental emergency, you may call our office at (508) 759-2721 and follow the emergency prompts or email patienthealth@42northdental.com. Email is being monitored 7 days a week and emergencies are being sent to our on-call dentist promptly. Our on-call dentist will reach out to speak to you regarding next steps to address your immediate dental concerns.

If you are in braces, our orthodontists offer this guide for handling orthodontic emergencies at home.  If your issue is elevated to an emergency, you can also call our practice and you will be routed to a patient coordinator or directed to leave a voicemail message:  handling-orthodontic-emergencies.pdf

We realize this is a difficult time for all and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this situation together. While you are at home, please remember to take care of yourself.
